Peel off the top transparent layer, Cut out the graphic. Perfect cuts aren't needed, a white border is fine, Dip in water for 5 seconds, Place with the graphic facing you and slide off the backing paper, Wipe off any water with a towel, ensuring no bubbles, Dry the tattoo using a hairdryerfor 5 minutes, use the highest heat, Once completely cooled ,peel the transparent adhesive. Only the tattoo's ink should remain, For the final setting, heat again using a hairdryer
