Returns
Things don't always go the way they're supposed to, we totally get it. If you're not happy with your Suteka, you can return it within 30 days of receiving it.
Returned items must be unused and unopened, in their original packaging.
Two ways to return:
- We email you a prepaid return label. The label cost ($8.90) is deducted from your refund.
- Ship it yourself, at your cost, to: SHIPO - SUTEKA, 310 Cornell Dr STE B, Wilmington, DE 19801, USA. Please send us the tracking number.
We issue the refund once the package reaches our warehouse. It usually lands in your account within 5-7 business days.
Opened items are generally not eligible for return. If something arrived damaged or is missing, message us with your order number and a photo and we'll sort it out.
