Suteka's Home Decor Tattoos are generally capable of enduring dishwasher cycles. However, their durability cannot be universally guaranteed due to the variability in dishwasher programming and the use of different detergents. This is why for optimal longevity, we advise hand washing with care.

Absolutely, our stickers are highly adaptable! The Suteka stickers are ideal for porcelain and ceramic, but can also be applied to enamel, glass, and flat surfaces like wood, plastic, drywall, or metal. Bear in mind to ensure the surface is not only smooth but also able to withstand the necessary heat (300°F / 150°C) for completing the sticker setting process, either in an oven or with a hairdryer. Keep in mind that surfaces with texture or those that cannot tolerate the required heat may not allow the sticker to adhere fully.

Here are some pro tips to extend the life of your Suteka products: Avoid applying stickers inside soup bowls or teacups, as the exposure to hot water can compromise the sticker's durability over time. For assured longevity, we recommend gentle hand cleaning. Although Suteka stickers are designed to withstand dishwasher cleaning, we recommend using caution. Due to the varying temperatures and detergent types in different dishwashers, we can't guarantee complete protection in all cases. If you opt for dishwasher cleaning, please use a low-temperature setting that does not exceed 122°F / 50°C. Frequent cutting over the sticker area or constant contact with hot foods may also reduce the sticker's durability. To preserve the sticker's longevity, it's best to apply it away from the plate's center or any areas where knives are frequently used.

So even if you accidentally peel off the sticker - worry not :) The Suteka stickers are rigorously tested to meet FDA standards for food safety, ensuring they are safe and reliable for all your food-contact needs. Changed your mind? Ready for a new look? No problem at all! Even after the sticker has been set through heating, removing it is simple. Just take a cotton pad soaked in acetone and gently wipe the sticker away. Yup, it's that easy to make room for new Suteka designs on your items!

In the US, standard economy shipping usually arrives within 3-8 business days. International orders usually arrive within 10 business days. Handling time for all destinations is up to 2 business days. We also offer Express 2-days shipping for an additional cost. Once you place your order, we will send you a link to track it and arrival time estimation.

Yes! We offer 2-day express shipping in the US and Canada, at a fixed rate of $15 for orders below $79.

No one enjoys unexpected extra fees, and we completely understand that they can be a nuisance! Customs duty fees are essentially taxes or tariffs applied to goods when they are transported across international borders. Although not every order will incur these fees, there is a possibility that your country may impose them on items entering the country, particularly for goods above a certain value. This rarely happens with Suteka orders. Unfortunately, we can't include these fees at checkout since every country's rules are a bit different and continually change. Therefore, our prices do not include local taxes, duties, brokerage fees, VATs, etc. We suggest checking and considering all fees prior to ordering.

Unfortunately, we do not offer customization at the moment. Our process for creating Suteka tattoo involves multiple layers and adhesives, and uses a special ink printing technique, making it unique and not feasible for low quantities. However, if you're looking to personalize your stickers, we recommend checking out the Alphabet Set, Rainbow Type Set, and the Handwritten Letters Set.

Things don't always go the way they're supposed to, we totally get it! If you are not completely satisfied with your Suteka and you wish to return it, you have 14 days, from receiving of the product, to return it. The returned item must be in perfect condition, have never been used or opened, be in its original packaging, and accompanied by the original invoice.
